The other speaker was U.S. Congresswoman Virginia Foxx of North Carolina.<br><br>\r\n\r\nHope Medical Institute in an international institute with affiliations and working relationships with schools of medicine throughout the world. These include Polish universities in Silesia, Lublin, Szczecin and Bialystok.<br><br>\r\n\r\nCongresswoman Foxx chairs the House Education &amp; the Workforce Subcommittee on Higher Education.
